Seeking work in Suriname - '05-'06

:) Hello,
Am coming to Suriname sometime in next 12 months. Would like info on jobs,immigration,cost of living.I am not highly skilled,but have some experience as an optical lab.tech.,some construction exp.as well.Willing to do most anything to escape what this Empire is becoming.
Also,are there any AA groups in the country?Addresses of Quakers or Baha'is in country would be appreciated.Will await replies.
