The cause of the disastrous floods in Suriname

With respect to Mrs Linda Petrusi, I would like to give my opinion on the cause of the disastrous floods in my country Suriname during the first weekend of May.

Last Saturday, May 27, I returned from the interior. In the 3 weeks after the disaster I was in the Upper-Suriname-Region several times, helping with the distribution of food organised by the "Consultation for the Interior of NGO's".
