Importing pet cat to Suriname

I would like to bring my son's pet cat with me when I move to Suriname, but have been unable to find any information. Can anyone tell me what is required or who to contact to find the needed information?

Is there a quarantine period?
Does Suriname require rabies titer testing?

The cat is healthy and up-to-date on all his vaccines. We are moving to Suriname from Malaysia. Any info on bringing this cat in would be greatly appreciated.
