Visa to Suriname

Hi I am from European country Estonia and I am interested in coming to study at Anton de Kom University of Suriname. I have studied for a doctor at the Estonian University for two years and would now like to study physiotherapy in Suriname. I have a very good friend in Suriname.

I would like to get information about visa process to Suriname. How can I get the process started and what documents do I need for it? How does the process of getting visa in generally look like?

I would also like to know if I have to go through any vaccinations. All that where needed in Europe, I have.
