My issue isnt about adoption or family history, but didnt know where else to ask..
so, Im a finnish woman with a surinamese boyfriend, whos been living in america since he was 9.. hes 25 now, he had no choice at that age to decide where he wanted to live so..
We want to live in the same country, and get married here in finland..
How hard is it for him to get a visa to finland, when hes in usa? He has family in surinam.. Can they get it for him? what about the apostille stamp for marriage? Any advice or info would be soo appreciated.. I want to be with him badly, and most important make him happy by giving him a life.

I think it is important to start ask at ambassies maybe in Finland?
It is real complex, but I think he needs an apostille stamp from Suriname, which will not be all that dificult to get, since he has familiy here you say.
But for the visum, that is a totally different story.
