PHARMA INDUSTRY / Local packaging?

Hi, I'm looking for infromation on the pharma market in Surinam. Does somebody knows if their is local production of medicines in Surinam?
Does sombody knows if someone buys produced medicines and then proceed to perform the packing in blisters?
Or all medicines are imported form Eu or US in their blisters and boxes?
I represent a multinational leader for the pharma packaging business. We would very much like to determine if their is business for us in Surinam and in that case, we will surely need a local presence through an agent or distributor.
I'd really appreciate if someone could point us in the right direction.
