Looking for adopting a infant from Surinam

Dear Families & Adoption agencies

Me and my wife Donna have been trying to get pregnant for 2 years without success .
We Live on Bonaire, in the Dutch Caribbean and we have decided to adopt a Surinam infant.
We will be traveling to Surinam in September but we have no addresses or any idea who and where to go to.
We would love to visit an adoption agency or even visit families we need help, who can guide us in the right direction?
